Hey all you kids in blogger land. I don't know if ya'll even read this anymore because I have become such a slacker, but hopefully you still hope that i'll update and are excited to see that I am still alive. I have had company in town for the last month so my life has consisted of running like a crazy to get stuff accomplished. Since I last talked fun times have happened.
Went to the Dave Matthew's concert. All kinds of fun and excitement.
Got to go to the beach... there are lots of hott pics, and some of you were lucky enough to see them
saw the spaceshuttle blast off. I have pics of that too.
My fam came to town, we took the Keys to the kingdom tour (aka killing the magic) and had a good time, until my grandma suffered heat exhaustion which sent me into panic mode, but all is well again. Watched the fireworks from a boat in the middle of the bay. played in little racing boats and did all sorts of cool stuff.
then my sis' friends came to town, still fun, not that much though
my cousins were here, it was good to see them and they got to ride my boat, then bryan and alan randomly appeared and randomly saw me at the studios... REALLY crazy stuff... and becky came down and i ran them into the ground, along with myself by getting almost 3 full parks done in one day... impressive, huh?
two days ago i had the next extreme makeover house family on my boat, and they were awesome... i'm glad they get the makeover... they so deserve it. I went and ate at a shogun type place last night and watched the fireworks... good times.
This week i get to go to a black and white ball and to a ranger/ devil ray game. Life is of course super exciting. Miss me and call me! love you kids!

Hey!
I wanna keep this short, but I didn't want ya'll to think I had totally left my blog!
I'm still having a great time, the roommates are all still totally awesome.
We have a storm coming in, this should make for a fun day at the magic Kingdom. I get to work until 2 45 this morning. booooo. O well, i will live.
So my birthday was great. My roommate cooked dinner for all of us. I spent the whole day at Epcot and at Animal Kingdom with Leci my actual roommate. We had a good time, minus the guy who spent the day with us. Something about guys down here are totally overbearing. The night before I went and ate at Alfredo's one of three in the world the other two are in italy. Yeah, it was fun, I got sang to by some italian men with an accordian, Dan took me and we then watched teh fireworks. O yeah, I totally hugged someone right next to Celine Dion. yeah, she was here and we parked in executive parking and as I was getting out of my car she was getting into hers. I just laughed, no running up to talk to her, just enjoying the randomness of the moment. I had fun. The night of my birthday we went to a dueling piano bar called jelly rolls. I had a great time and laughed most of the night away. So yeah, it's been good. I want everyone to call me soon. I miss ya'll tons! But I will survive :) So I hope you're having a great time. Miss me!

Hey ya'll!
I know it has definitley been a while. So I'll update you briefly.
I got my job. I am a jungle cruise skipper!! Yay. If you don't remember that is one of the two things I wanted to be doing. I get to drive around a boat all day and make corny jokes for people. Yay. I really enjoy it and the days go so fast. AND how many people do you know who can say they work in the Magic Kingdom and see cinderella's castle and fireworks every night? My guess is just one.
I love my roommates, there is always something hilarious going on. Quotes from the last few days.

I went out with a guy at the Magic Kingdom, really nice guy. Sorta weird story, looks like a nice friendship coming up.

Hookers and Drugs and Murders, O MY!
Ha, the title of this one reflects the fact that on my way here to Florida I totally did not have a reservation in Pensacola and the only room that was open in the whole town, literally, was one at the Pensacola Inn... a little scary for me.
I miss all of you. I moved into my aparment on Monday, but it's taken a little longer than that to get everything situated, but now I'm up and going. I live with five other girls and we're all getting along from what I can tell. I have been looking around trying to figure out where stuff is but will probably wait a few days until I know for sure when I have time to get lost.
I will be working in the Magic Kingdom so tomorrow I have to be up at five to make it there to go through an orientation. How unreal is that... a job where I work next to Cinderella's castle EVERYDAY. Yeah, crazy I know.
That was brief, but I have to go to a five hour class on Disney traditions in a bit so I don't wanna talk much, so I'll leave you with my Disney version of Flash (thanks to Jill the semi-creator of Flash)

So, I'm down to a week until I leave. Crazy.
Last night was simply one of the funnest nights ever. Kelsey and Dessie decided to be friggin awesome and buy me a pinata to do an early celebration of my birthday. It was pretty funny and it involved me hitting off two legs of Chloe the Llama pinata, dessie falling from spinning, and Kenny busting the junk out of the pinata and sending if flying everywhere. Fun nights!
I am now technically a graduate, but have to wait until Saturday to be considered official. Yay for graduating, yay for another straight A semester, minus the correspondance class that I still say should've been an A.
My room is now clean, so I can start packing. Weird. What do I pack? Maybe everyone should tell me one thing they think I need to take. If you don't wanna comment that way, you can do this...

Yikes today is the coldest day of the century! O well, I got to stay warm and NOT walk across campus to a freezing class. Yay.
I've had some pretty remarkable things happen this week.
First I would like to apologize to the old lady in her brand new Lincoln Navigator that I splashed. I honestly didn't think about why she had slowed down so slow until the second I hit the water and saw the highest water splash I've ever seen in my life. Too bad we were spaced just perfectly for her to get hit by the whole wave.
I tried on a new black dress. Yes, black strapless dresses are my signature. I think it goes with dressing "sophisticated classy" since we all know that I can't pull off the trendy stuff. Either way, I have gone down another dress size making me more cheery than a mickey mouse club cadet on a cotton candy high.
I went to my last college class. Yehaw. Still hasn't sank it, but it will... believe me it will. Yay for all the hard stuff being over.
Kenny got his license today! Yay for a little brother who gets to drive before I leave. :) I'm so excited for him. He also got accepted into youth corps... this actually makes me laugh because I really can't see this kiddo going through a 2 week boot camp and surviving. O well, he'll be great!

This week has been pretty crazy, sorry I am not good at updating like Jill is :). I would like to say I will get better at it, but the reality is I like reading about others more than I like typing about myself, so the spare time I do have, I use to read. But, so I'm not selfish I'll try to keep doing this at least once a week, so ya'll can have entertainment... if it could be counted as entertainment.
I finished my final college paper. Sorta weird, I don't know what to do with myself. i am approaching a week of finals that out of my 6 classes I will only take 1. I have never had this happen. So, basically as of Friday all my day classes are over and Monday night... well, I'll have another class after that for the final, but o well, no more lectures.
I shopped today. Gadzooks had a major 50% off almost everything sale, and Gap as well, but I was not in the normal shopping mood, so I just bought on shirt and on pair of slipper shoes... yes I gave in and bought some... cute though.
Now, to why I am in this mood. i think tonight I realized I'll miss alot about the good 'ole LBK, and as much as I want to pretend I'm a big girl and can do everything by myself, I'm realizing I have some fears about moving. Soooo, for the first time Kim will share actual feelings on this thing!
These are my concerns:
1. Who will be around to call me Shat, or shatley?
2. Who will I talk to when a guy has treated me badly and I just need to vent?
3. Who will take care of me when i'm sick?
4. How in the world will I manage 40+ hours of work a week?
5. What if I get another crazy roommate?
6. Will I ever have alone time?
7. What if I can't make friends?
8. Where will I find a church?
9. Who will be there when I just want to sit and talk on the porch for hours about stuff?
10. What if I gain back my weight?
11. Who will I spend my 21st birthday with? :(
12. What if I just can't do it?
Obviously, there are more, but for now those seem whiney enough. Just thoughts and fears for the upcoming semester...
The next post will be happier :) I promise!
